Thanks to Kare, Giuliano Bekor and Lightbox Studio, I’ve uploaded more pictures of William on the set of the Burberry photoshoot on May 10th. Click here or on the thumbnails below to check them out!
When it comes to photography everything in the shot is equally as important – the wardrobe, the lighting, the subject, and of course the set, filled with props and furniture. We recently shot William Moseley, star of The Chronicles of Narnia perched on a 17th century traveling iron trunk.
Habité Decor is located near the intersection of Beverly and La Brea in Los Angeles, California. They have been collecting and importing furniture, lighting and architectural elements from the 16th century up to the 1980′s. Their selection is outstanding and we are so happy to work with them for many of our Lightbox Studio shoots.

Thanks to Kare, I’ve added a new picture of William posing with a fan to the gallery. According to IMDB.com, pre-production for Of Corset’s Mine has already begun!
Hey everyone, we have some bad news. According to Variety.com, the CW has already picked up the pilots for its 2012-13 schedule, and unfortunately, The Selection didn’t made the list. Check out the press release below:
The CW is picking up five drama series for its 2012-13 schedule.
“The Carrie Diaries,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Cult,” “Arrow,” and “First Cut” will be added to the netlet’s primetime schedule. As expected, “Gossip Girl” has gotten an 11-episode order for a sixth and final season. Also renewed was bubble drama “Nikita” for a third season and “Hart of Dixie” for a second season. Two series introduced last year, “Ringer” and “The Secret Circle,” are not getting renewals.
All five new series hail from the studio arms of the CW’s joint owners. Not making the cut are “The Selection,” “Shelter” and “Joey Dakota.” There’s been speculation that CW will hold back “Cult” for midseason.
William did a photoshoot with photographer Giuliano Bekor today. Check out four behind-the-scenes pictures in the gallery, he looks amazing. Hopefully we’ll see the full photoshoot soon. Thanks again to Kare for the heads up!
EDIT: More behind-the-scenes pictures from the photoshoot have popped up!
Here’s another article about Of Corset’s Mine from ScreenDaily.com. Also, RUN has a Twitter account now. Be sure to follow them at @RUNtheMovie2012! Thanks to Kare for the heads up.
Shoot gets underway in Ireland in June 2012.
The Works International has boarded UK period-comedy Of Corset’s Mine, starring William Moseley, Camilla Belle, Sir Derek Jacobi, Christine Baranski and Lucy Punch.
The cross-dressing romantic-farce about a womanising aristocrat forced to disguise himself as a woman to save his sister’s inheritance will be directed by actor-director Jason Connery from a script by Sharon Soboil.
Producers are Reynolds Entertainment, Narrator Entertainment and Fantastic Films.
Clare Crean, head of international sales for The Works International said of the project: “Of Corset’s Mine is one of the liveliest and funniest scripts we have read and we are thrilled to be working with Jason, and producers Kelley Reynolds and Jasper Graham.”
The Hollywood Reporter posted an article about Of Corset’s Mine today. Be sure to read it below:
The movie will be touted to buyers at the upcoming Marche du Film in Cannes by The Works International.
LONDON – Jason Connery’s Of Corset’s Mine has secured the cross-dressing chops of William Moseley, Camilla Belle, Derek Jacobi, Christine Baranski and Lucy Punch for what is billed as a sexy period comedy.
Written by Sharon Soboil, the Connery-directed film has also secured the worldwide sales services of the U.K.’s Works International ahead of the upcoming Marche du Film in Cannes.
The script details the story of a 19th century womanizing aristocrat who is forced to disguise himself as a woman to save his sister’s inheritance, at the expense of losing the love of his life.
Billed as a comedy of errors with corsets, the movie is set to start shooting in Ireland in June this year and is produced by Jasper Graham and Kelley Reynolds.
TVGuide.com has chosen The Selection as one of their 13 most promising pilots:
The Selection (CW) Starring: Aimee Teegarden, Ethan Peck Summary: Based on the book series by Kiera Cass, this epic romance is set 300 years in the future. A poor young woman named America (Teegarden) is chosen by lottery to participate in a ruthless competition to become Peck’s future queen. Pedigree: The Vampire Diaries’ Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain wrote the pilot and will executive-produce. Why we like it: It’s The Hunger Games meets The Bachelor! Yeah, it’s definitely weird, but trust us, the catty backstabbing among the potential wives is just as compelling as The Bachelor’s ridiculousness and less bloody than Games’ serial child murders. Why it has a shot: In a post-Hunger Games world, this show’s wacky premise is suddenly completely viable — both creatively and financially. (And remember, this is the network that capitalized on Twilight mania with The Vampire Diaries.)
Only a few weeks left until we find out if it’s going to be picked up by the CW or not!
Thanks to Kare we also know that the trailer for RUN will come out this fall. She asked the people who run the movie’s official Facebook page and they replied back with the following message:
We’re currently in post-production and will be doing some additional shoots. We’re planning for a Fall premiere. Thanks for your support!
Guys, I’m in love with this project in a way that I didn’t expect to be. Its logline (300 years in the future, America doesn’t exist anymore, but there’s a caste system of 8 levels and a monarchy and potential future Queens are picked in a lottery, one from each of the 35 Districts Sections of the post-America country, and enter a competition to become the Queen) is a little long and eye-roll-y and I’ve read way too much of the glut of dystopian YA lit that’s been published post-Hunger Games (and can I get a SQUEE!!!! that the first movie is barely a month away?) for this to ever really register as fully original.
And, y’know what? It’s not fully original. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. And it’s the first attempt to adapt dystopian YA to a weekly television series format, so it’ll wind up feeling very different than the Hunger Games’ movies. Whereas the Hunger Games is an annualized totalitarian method of oppression via a reality TV version of Battle Royale, The Selection is more like The Bachelor.
Today is April 27th which means it’s William’s 25th birthday! On behalf of all the fans on this website, we would like to wish him a very happy birthday! According to TVDoneWright.com, the CW will announce their new TV shows on May 17th during an event in New York City. As I mentioned before, there’s a big chance that The Selection will be one of them!

According to SpoilerTV.com, the CW has already started to see it’s pilots for this season and The Selection is looking strong:
The CW has begun test screenings for it’s pilots.
According to some sources who were at The Selection screening the pilot is really strong and they will definitely watch it if it gets picked up however is it extremely similar to the Hunger Games and needs to show more originality/ deviate from the Hunger Games format in future episodes.
Thanks to Guest 1 and The Selection News for the heads up!
